RESERVATION POLICIES
NOTE: We no longer seat incomplete parties for busy game nights, and we only hold tables for 15 minutes past your reservation time. Please ensure that at least 75% of your group is present by this point in time, or your table will be given away to a waiting party.
Party Sizes:
The MAXIMUM number of guests that can be booked online is TEN (10). Please do not book multiple reservations to bypass this policy; it will result in a cancellation. CALL us or fill out the form on our website and we will accommodate you!
Group billing:
All tables are run on one tab which can be split up to four ways by amount. We are unable to provide itemized split checks for tables.
Seating and other requests:
While we do our best, we cannot always accommodate every request. This includes but is not limited to table preferences, "good" TV views for games (ALL tables at The Keg Room NYC have a view of TVS but the angle or view may not be ideal), and music preferences. The Keg Room does not reserve bar seats, except for large parties with minimum spends.
Same-day Reservations:
Online reservations are available up to 4 hours before your requested time. If you would look to book after this window, please call us and we will accommodate you based on availability.
Walk-ins:
We accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. Even if no availability is available on our reservation system, please don't hesitate to just show up! We have a large bar and always save a few tables for walk-ins.
