outside food/ beverage

In order to ensure a safe and quality experience, outside meals and beverage are not permitted in The Keg Room NYC. This includes any food that may be brought because of a dietary restriction (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, etc.). We do provide vegetarian and gluten free options on our menu.

Fully prepared and low risk specialty desserts, such as birthday cakes or cupcakes, are permitted with arrangement ahead of time; please be advised that a $30 plating fee will apply. Please call us at 212-643-1400.

Payment

• While we are able to provide separate, itemized checks at the bar, we are unable to do so for table service. Checks at tables may be split up to four ways by amount.

• The Keg Room NYC accepts all major contactless payments.

• In order to run a tab at the bar, you must provide a physical credit card and matching ID OR a valid contactless payment card for us to hold onto. Should you leave your card behind without paying the tab, the card will be charged the full amount of your bill at closing time of that evening. An automatic 18% gratuity will apply. Cards are held onto for up to two weeks and can be picked up at any time during business hours.

LOST AND FOUND

The Keg Room NYC is not responsible for personal belongings. However, should we find an item left behind, we will hold onto it for one calendar week. If it isn’t claimed, it will either be donated or disposed of.
