The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 1 year experience hosting in a busy restaurant
- Be comfortable using a POS system and taking orders over the phone

Floor Manager


Seeking an experienced floor manager. The manager would be responsible for maintaining harmony on the floor as ensuring top notch customer service. This position is generally 4 shifts a week but all managers are required to cover extra shifts when necessary. Weekends, holidays, days, and nights are a must. This restaurant is in a business and tourist district, so patience and the ability to conduct oneself with poise when dealing with difficult customers and staff disagreements is crucial. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-2 years minimum restaurant management experience
-2 years minimum experience as a server or bartender
-Proven extensive knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
-Food Protection Certificate
-S-95 (Certificate for Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems and Other Related..) 

PREFERRED QUALITIES
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to treat the staff and customers with respect
-Ability to learn quickly
